  What character are you using?
  
  The Reaper has 4 attacks.
  
  1. He'll twist back and do an uppercut type attack with his claw hand. This is a single hit, is very easy to dodge, and the main chance to attack.
  
  2. He'll raise his sword (like the Red Bearer) and do a slash followed by a stab. If you can get out of the way of the slash, you just need to walk to the side to avoid the stab.
  
  3. He'll get ready to do a stab with his claw, followed immediately by a downwards slash of his sword. It's very quick, and dodging to the side is the best option in this case.
  
  4. If you're some distance away, he'll charge up his sword and do a ranged stab. Some characters are short enough to go under it and avoid the attack completely, but it's safer to do a quick dodge to the side to avoid it. It's also his only Smash attack if you're playing a Fiona.

  What Invertex said is basically how he attacks. That aside, I'm guessing you're a Fiona, judging by your response to your question thread. If so, once you can see what he does, The Reaper is complete fodder for Fiona. That ranged stab is his only smash attack. You can just counter spam everything else. Now, if you're a sword lann, the battle may take longer as you'll have to slip and nimble dash both of his two normal attacks and then Double Crescent. Is your brightness setting low or something by the way? I had no trouble seeing what The Reaper could do when I first fought him.

  I cant find where to change the brightness, he's darker on my old moniter, so i cant exactly time it perfectly. Im a new fiona, it will take time. No way in hell im practicing how to solo certian mobs till i get better equips.

  After that though, things get brighter for the most part.

  The earlier bosses are easier for me to solo, otherwise i require some aid, because as my first run through these places, i wont be able to know how to fight the bosses well for a while. Knowing of them is one thing, putting them to practice is another.
  
  My guilds never on during the night when im on. so if i ever need assists they ussually arnt on, but theyre sleepy heads, so its k.

  Get to the end of blood prince, hoping someone would be able to assist, but i didnt realise blood prince timed himself in
  Then my camera was having problems turning, so i couldnt counter him behind me, was outa spears and hp pots because drinker and reaper are difficult for me to time :v
  Blood prince himself was easy for the first 30 seconds before death.
  
  Sitting here hoping someone will come un afk in my lists to assist me :C

  How? Did you keep going over 100 Brynns? You'd have to go over like 5-10 times+ for it to cost that much...

  Yes I did actually. This is by far the worst luck I've ever had on elixirs. It would've ended at 4, but I accidentally added a 1-10 Elixir instead of the 3-5 one( had around 96brynn. ) ,' 3

  I keep dying the most in Raids and doing the least Damage :gloom3:
  
  I reaallllyy need to do better in these raids than just lay on the floor and watch everyone else do thousands of damage.
