  I can doubt if you are saying is true or not as much as any can doubt that i am just a person that stole this account just because wanted to be a white knight and never actually played the game, if you bothered doing some research you would have seen post of people that had issues with their account getting wiped clean for one reason or another and Nexon somewhat refounded them (dunno if every time but still) then it doesn't mean that they would ignore this dude and that he should give up, otherwise the server wouldn't had survived some ordeals that i have been reading about.

  I'm out, grinding (at a hardcore level on) several events have left me... hmmm... how to say?... empty?... burnout?... whatever, i just used the momentum to give ideas and try to help but it's over now, if you want to actually give out a try then think a little more or ask other people, if not? suit yourself.

  Splat, your fault is that you decided to "lend" a very important item, but you got fucked over and I'm sure you learned your lesson by now. And the guy is a human degenerate for abusing and manipulating someone. But neither are the points of what I want to say.
  
  Like the above said, report him and be thorough as possible, though punishment, realistically speaking, probably won't happen. And this is the problem. Bad mannered users like this "friend" will go unpunished, and as for me, from my experience of helping out a person who's been catfished for more than 1.5k USD in Mabi, it's unlikely that Nexon NA will actively try to help you and get the person banned for disorderly game behavior. And this has been a part of Nexon NA that's been bugging me, while the KR team actively punishes ill minded players as shown here. As you can see, they publically denounce the players and also give them bans, with varying length depending on what they did and how frequently that happened. The reasons for the bans are: fraud (like catfishing), excessive cursing, inappropriate talks (i've seen this way too many times in NA, very cringey), disobeying general public manners (basically they're telling you to be normal people), real currency trading (due to how many frauds there are in KR as well as Chinese bots), and disrupting others' game enjoyment.

  how do i report though and the only saved logs i have are the notes because IM's have no chat history. im not really sure what to put in a ticket and i'm forum banned

I've known you for 6+ years, and that entire time all you did was treat me like crap, every time I went out of my way to get you invited to my game sessions with friends you would go around griefing everyone because you think it's "fun to be a troll". You would literally go out of your way to annoy me because you said you thought it was "cute". I have tried to end our friendship multiple times, and each time you would guilt trip me and make me feel like you NEEDED me in your life to function. This time, I decided to quit while I was ahead.   To turn party pop-ups off, press "ctrl+P" and in chat you can just switch to different tab (Whisper or Guild and so on).
