Ever since G18 I've been getting an increased amount of "lag spikes". Basically, randomly during gameplay I will not be able to move or load skills for a good 3-8 seconds, then suddenly everything/everyone else will catch up on my screen. Basically a very traditional lag spike. The game doesn't "freeze" or anything, I'm just lagging and can't move or anything. If it starts to get near the 8-10 second mark I usually will DC and then get the " You must choose a secondary password -> You cannot Login (3)" error which means my character is still in the game since I didn't disconnected correctly.
I'm not sure if this is my ISP or just the game so I'm making a post here to see if anyone else is experiencing similar problems. I've never had lag issues like this before, and I haven't noticed any problems in any other online games I'm playing... And when there isn't a lag spike, the game seems perfectly lagless.
PS. Nagle is disabled, I've tried a number of different MTU settings and the problem occurs no matter what value I try. It happens with or without WTFast. I don't think these are the problems.

All you can blame is ISP.
Who is your ISP and what is your service package?
