  I like the male trainer from this one and DP, idk the scarf was hella sexy :p
  
  also the starters arent that bad, and I have a feeling that the bidoof like water starter is going to evolve into a water/fighting
  while the fire one seems to evolve into fire/dark or fire/psychic
  
  and as for the smug reptile....its cool but its face makes me say no >:

  I'm one of the few that like the water one, the freckels made me go "aww". I do like all of them though. I just hope the evolutions don't look bad.

  Before the scans came out, some new information was posted on 2ch including the region name which turned out true, classifications matching the Pokemon's appearance and the aforementioned possible Pokemon names. This information detailled some attacks, classifications, Zoroark's ability and the special event from the beasts. I have decided to post it with thanks to yaminokame for translation. Remember though that the following information is NOT confirmed yet.
  
  * The Grass Starter, Tsutaja (ツタージャ) is the Grass Snake Pokemon
  * The Fire Starter, Pokabu (ポカブ)is the Fire Pig Pokemon
  * The Water Starter, Mijumaru (ミジュマル) is the Sea Otter Pokemon

  
  This isn't official but here are some name translations... "tsuta" means "ivy" and "ja" means snake, and "poka" means "careless" and "kabu" means "cub." For Mijumaru god knows what it could mean.
  
  Edit: my guess as to what "mijimaru" could mean is that it's taken from "mijimai" which means "dressing oneself up" and "maru" which is a common name ending for boys and pets

  Having had a closer look at the male trainer, I noticed that his design kinda looks like a cross between Ash and Gold(?) from the first two generations, which is pretty cool. So I withdraw the statement I said earlier about the male trainer. Of course, I still like the female trainer's design. I wish I could get a clearer picture of them in full profile though.
