At ifrst I thought it was my ps3 controller but I've figured it out. The thing that is causing me to be disconnected from the server is my graphics card.
I have an alienware m11x laptop. This laptop has two graphics processors: integrated graphics and a high-powered NVIDIA graphics card (I'm not sure what it's called lol). I can change the processor for certain applications.
To conserve battery life, my default setting is the integrated graphics. But, for obvious reasons, I changed the one I use for vindictus to the NVIDIA processor.
I tried Vindictus with integrated graphics, the game runs much slower and at lower quality graphics. No server problems. With the NVIDIA one, it runs (almost) seamlessly with the highest graphics settings. Only there's a catch. After about 30 seconds of play, I get a notice that says "Unauthorized program detected. You will be removed from the game."About 30 seconds after that, I get dc'd.
Halp please. D:
Note: Please ignore some of the posts below. I just renamed my previous thread about thinking it was my ps3 controller as opposed to starting a new one, so posts #2 - #5 will be off topic.
